Description
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Twinsburg, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to create visually engaging instructional materials and training guides, ensuring clarity and usability for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design software and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to produce high-quality work for both print and digital formats.
Responsibilities:
Design, format, and edit instruction sheets, guides, and training materials for internal and external audiences.
Ensure all materials align with branding guidelines and maintain consistency in style and layout.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to transform complex information into clear and accessible visuals.
Update and enhance existing templates using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
Prepare files for both digital distribution and high-quality printing, adhering to technical specifications.
Maintain version control and organize documentation for all design projects.
Offer creative solutions to improve the effectiveness and user experience of instructional content.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Provide input on print production processes, including press-ready file preparation.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and expertise in layout design, typography, and readability.
Proven ability to create user-friendly instruction sheets, manuals, or guides.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for high-quality printing is preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
