Job Title: Technical Architect
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite Hybrid)-3 days onsite
Duration: Long term contract/FTE
Technical Architect
Key Attributes: Solution design, technical leadership, client engagement, documentation, cloud-native architecture.
Role Summary:
Defines and owns the solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility across AI, cloud, and infrastructure components.

5+ years of experience in designing scalable AI/ML workflows using Azure services (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Search).
2+ years of experience in integrating AI assistants into enterprise apps
Practical experience in speech recognition, TTS (Text-to-Speech), NLP/NLU (e.g., Azure Speech Services, Dialogflow, or custom LLM solutions).
Deep knowledge of voice AI architectures, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, and integration with Azure Communication Services or Cognitive Speech APIs.
2+ years of experience in integrating AI assistants into enterprise apps
Practical experience in speech recognition, TTS (Text-to-Speech), NLP/NLU (e.g., Azure Speech Services, Dialogflow, or custom LLM solutions).
Deep knowledge of voice AI architectures, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, and integration with Azure Communication Services or Cognitive Speech APIs.
Lead architecture design and technical roadmap.
- Capture and validate detailed requirements.
- Conduct design walkthroughs and secure approvals.
- Bridge gaps between client expectations and development execution.
- Support UAT and production deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture.
- Deep expertise in Azure, AI/ML, and containerized environments including Voice related projects
