Release Train Engineer


Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote in Greenwood Village, Colorado



We are seeking a Release Coordinator to support software delivery and release management processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely releases.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan and manage the release of deliverables and defect resolution throughout the release lifecycle.

  • Communicate timelines, requirements, and risks across development, infrastructure, and operations teams.

  • Coordinate release schedules, validation testing, and infrastructure updates.

  • Track progress and proactively identify risks that could impact release quality or timelines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve release processes.

  • Maintain documentation for release management, onboarding, and team operations.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field, plus 2+ years of post-graduate work experience.

  • Alternatively, 3 additional years of Agile software development experience may substitute for a degree.

  • Basic familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and GitLab is required.

  • Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or other object-oriented languages is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience creating documentation or knowledge repositories.

  • Proactive, curious, and career-driven.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate authentication and token release processes.

  • Coordinate API platform releases to production.

  • Drive improvements in release speed and documentation quality.


Work Arrangement:



  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
