Must have:
(3-6 years Application Dev exp and strong OO programming
Strong python dev skills (not scripting, app dev) should know python topics like Range and 3rd argument
Flask strong preferred but will consider FASTAPI / Django
Database exp: either SQL SQLite Postgres, and or GraphQL
PyTest / Unit testing)
