As a UKG Pro Configuration and Test Lead, you will:

Our HR Transformation practice helps HR lead by creating strategy with Oracle-enabled labs, using design thinking to challenge current work methods, and navigating the evolving HR technology landscape to find the right digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,000 to $181,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
As a UKG Pro Configuration and Test Lead, you will:
- Lead the configuration and testing support for UKG Pro WFM implementations
- Implement UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation
- Work in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro WFM project to include business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, and testing
- Work with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings
- Identify project issues and recommend viable solutions

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workforce Management (WFM) solutions
- Experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of UKG Pro WFM
- Knowledge of UKG WFM integration functionalities, configurations, and best practices
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM Certified
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling
- Knowledge of the Boomi integrations
