Pay Range: $40 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
  • Designing and implementing solutions: Develop and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs
  • Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
  • Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
  • Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
  • Present and explain findings to appropriate executives
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
  • Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
  • Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
  • Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements.

  • Is an expert in matters concerning their BFSI (Banking, Insurance processes).
  • Excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner.

  • Identify optimization areas within the process functions and derive cost savings benefit.
  • Experience in creating business case and manifestation.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant Experience as a Process Engineer / Process Consultant: 4-5 years .
