Oracle Cloud R2R Lead (16980)

• Lead R2R functional workstreams for Oracle Cloud ERP projects
• Provide expert-level guidance on General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub
• Support R2R team leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams for key decision-making
• Gather and analyze requirements, especially for Chart of Accounts (COA) and organizational structure
• Design and implement best practice business process changes for GL and related modules
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote client understanding and system adoption
• Identify and provide solutions to complex business and technical issues
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud ERP trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger and Subledger Accounting
• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation and hands-on configuration experience
• Strong understanding of federal and commercial financial processes
• Expertise in intercompany processing and encumbrance accounting
• Experience gathering and defining requirements for COA and Org structure
• Strong advisory and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
