We are in search for a Mechanical HVAC Engineer with 4+ years of experience in design of buildings HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and refrigeration systems using CAD / REVIT.
Our ideal candidate will have their BS in Mechanical Engineering and the ability to design HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems for complex commercial and industrial buildings, and has an understanding of energy use and conservation measures.

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, hybrid remote role that provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your insights and expertise will be highly valued. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, a deep understanding of mechanical design principles, and the ability to use AutoCAD and REVIT proficiently. You will be involved in the design, cost estimation, and project coordination of various HVAC systems. This role also requires field investigations and MEP and CAD drafting.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop HVAC systems using AutoCAD and REVIT, ensuring all designs meet required standards and specifications.
2. Conduct cost estimation for HVAC projects, providing detailed and accurate reports to stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of HVAC systems.
4. Conduct field investigations to identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
5. Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on MEP and CAD drafting.
6. Ensure all designs and installations comply with environmental and safety standards, including LEED AP.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.
8. Conduct performance evaluation of HVAC systems and recommend improvements or upgrades when necessary.
9. Design and implement plumbing, fire protection, and refrigeration systems.
10. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and solutions.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC systems design and implementation.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
4. Experience in designing and implementing plumbing, fire protection, and refrigeration systems.
5. Solid knowledge of LEED AP.
6. Proven experience in cost estimating and project coordination.
7. Strong understanding of MEP and CAD drafting.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
12. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
