ServiceNow Developer (Training Provided)

Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed Salary:
- $70,000 during initial training period (6 weeks)
- Increased to $85,000 upon successfully completing training

Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in configuring, developing, and supporting new and existing ServiceNow environments. You ll contribute to solution design, code development, and architecture while working alongside architects and implementation consultants.
You will begin your journey with up to 6 weeks of fully paid, industry-leading training delivered remotely by our expert trainers. This program is designed to take you from your existing technical background into the world of ServiceNow, one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms globally. By the end of the training, you ll hold industry-recognized certifications and be fully prepared to launch your career with us as a ServiceNow Developer
Desired skills & experience
Education & experience: (any of the following would be ideal)
1 year of relevant workplace experience (e.g., Service Desk, ServiceNow, or related technologies) & A STEM master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
OR
3+ years of relevant workplace experience (e.g., Service Desk, ServiceNow, or related technologies) A bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
Key Skill:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (core to ServiceNow)
Additional Skills:
- Full-stack web development (Examples): React, Vue.js, Angular, Svelte, JQuery, TypeScript
- Back-end development (Examples): C#, C++, Flask, Node.js, .NET, Java/Spring
Nice-to-haves:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality ServiceNow code and architecture
- Prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions (e.g., business rules, client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled jobs, import sets, transform maps, ACLs, notifications)
- Develop custom integration components (e.g., REST API) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, security tools, email, and other relevant technologies
- Create and manage update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
- Design and maintain highly available, recoverable environments
- Provide advanced administrative support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis
- Commit to continuous learning and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies IT Operations Management (ITOM)
