Skillset / Experience:
Join our dynamic team as an Agile Scrum Master, where you'll be the driving force behind our sprint success, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. With your expertise in agile methodologies and leadership skills, you'll empower our teams to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of software development delivery experience with at least 1 year dedicated to full-time Scrum Master role.
- Proven track record in team growth and Agile transformations.
- Familiarity with various agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
- Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and other agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to Scrum values and principles.
- Continuous learning mindset, seeking to expand lean/agile knowledge.
- Experience in leading distributed and remote teams.
- Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent culture.
