Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in financial technology and a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 application support for financial technology systems.
- Analyze and interpret system logs and application performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial technology organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and interpreting logs.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting.
- ITIL certification or extensive experience with Incident Management.
Additional Details:
- Initial training hours: 8 AM - 5 PM CST; post-training hours: 10 AM - 7 PM CST.
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a corporate office in one of the following cities: Evansville, IN; Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC; or Irving, TX.
- Potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment.
