Project Overview
We are seeking dynamic Recruiting Event Specialists to join our team on a contract basis. These roles are crucial in supporting our recruiting conferences and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional candidate experiences. As a Recruiting Events Specialist , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of recruiting events across multiple locations.
This Event Specialist role will be responsible for the planning and execution of external Recruiting events. Will support on logistical and administrative task, manage catering request, create briefing, manager registration for event and conferences, building and maintain event pages. Answering recruiting question, answering about the client, directly engaging with candidates, working with PM, FTE s, order Swag, T-shirts.
Responsibilities (Event Planning & Execution):
- Support the planning and execution of recruiting events, including but not limited to booking event spaces, managing catering requirements, working towards a budget, creating briefings, managing the registration and all the logistics associated with the event
- Build and maintain event pages with accurate and brand approved content
- Must be comfortable reviewing preparation materials and confidently speaking to multiple recruiting pipelines, as well as effectively communicating with external candidates about technology and products.
- Strong satisfaction focus, with the ability to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build rapport with external candidates across all recruiting pipelines
- Travel and attendance at events and conferences, to provide on-site support and ensure event execution aligns with expectations
- Support tactical needs during the event lifecycle, from setup to teardown
- Develop and manage booth schedules to ensure adequate coverage and engagement
- Host and support small-scale recruiting events, dinners, and candidate meetups
- Manage inventory and SWAG for events and conferences
- Additional responsibilities include managing shipping logistics, recruiting assets, vendor coordination and partnering with cross functional teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of event planning/ marketing, coordinator or event manager, event marketer role
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
- Experience working in a team environment and across cross functional teams
- Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting events/ events planning experience
- Experience with Microsoft office and Google Suite, and event platforms like Splash
- Preferred nice to have is Someone with Bachelors Degree but it is not a requirement
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $60.00/Hr - USD $69.00/Hr.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
