Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System) Specialist to support various activities related to the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail systems and be able to work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in Oracle RMS to support business process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve RMS-related issues.
Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, and documentation.
Assist with configuration, integration, and validation efforts within the Oracle Retail suite.
Support end-to-end implementation or upgrades of Oracle RMS modules as needed.
Ensure data integrity and support related systems/processes tied to merchandising and inventory.
Contribute to cross-functional project teams and provide guidance on best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle RMS or similar Oracle Retail modules (e.g., ReIM, RPM, SIM, etc.)
Familiarity with retail merchandising, inventory, procurement, and pricing workflows
Basic understanding of PL/SQL, Oracle databases, or integration touchpoints
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision
