Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on-site in the chemistry laboratory.

Plan and execute projects independently, and report on the progress and results.

Collaborate closely with the chemistry development engineer to determine the experimental approach.

Execute formulation recipes.

Perform chemical analysis on the experimental formulations.

Perform durability testing on the experimental formulations.

Write reports on the experiment project results.

Complete training and follow applicable OHC (Occupational Health and Safety) processes and procedures.

Develop familiarity with the existing range of formulations.

Review, follow, and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including recording traceable information on device history records.

Prepare data summaries, reports, and protocols using existing templates as a model, as well as review and approve basic laboratory data.

Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards.

Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related science field with 2 years working in a chemistry laboratory Required or

Bachelor's of Chemistry Degree Preferred
