Role: Java Backend Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full Time only
Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with data knowledge with 5-10 years of experience in Java backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem, with a proven track record of developing high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Skills and Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong knowledge of Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
Proficient in SQL and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Understanding of data analytics and big data technologies is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
