Job Title: Senior Data Business Analyst (Healthcare Power BI)
Location: Fully Remote (Must Reside in California)
Salary: $145,000 $160,000 + Outstanding Benefits
Overview:
A leading healthcare provider with a long-tenured, collaborative team is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst to join its Office of Enterprise Data. This role is highly stakeholder-facing and ideal for someone who can translate business needs into data solutions and communicate insights across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business users across departments to identify data gaps and develop actionable insights
Lead stakeholder discussions to define requirements and deliver meaningful, data-driven solutions
Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, business-friendly way
Work within a Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure) to support enterprise reporting and analytics
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics
Strong background in stakeholder management and business engagement
Advanced skills in Power BI and basic to intermediate SQL
Experience with Azure, Synapse, or Fabric preferred
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required; Master s preferred
