SAP Service Delivery / Engagement Manager


  • Effectively combines the roles of a portfolio manager (identifying and prioritizing Premium Engagement Services with customers), and service delivery manager (ensuring Premium Engagement Services are delivered as contracted).
  • 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLA s
  • End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
  • Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects.
  • Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,
  • Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts.
  • Previous experience of working as an SAP Functional (SAP Finance or SAP SCM) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required.
