Senior Salesforce Marketing Consultant - Fulltime
We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Senior Salesforce Marketing Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this strategic role, you will lead clients through advanced marketing transformation initiatives by utilizing your deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud particularly Pardot and both B2B and B2C marketing operations. You ll be responsible for driving impactful consulting engagements, managing implementations end-to-end, and maximizing our clients marketing technology ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Consulting
Facilitate discovery sessions to assess client goals, marketing workflows, and operational challenges across B2B and B2C.
Design marketing technology roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with client objectives.
Offer expert guidance on marketing automation, segmentation, lead nurturing, campaign execution, and performance analytics primarily using Pardot.
Conduct workshops and present solutions to engage stakeholders and secure buy-in.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor.
Implementation Leadership
Lead full-cycle Salesforce implementations with a focus on Pardot, from scoping and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
Convert business requirements into technical deliverables and functional documentation.
Oversee data migration strategies and execution plans.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams and developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
B2B & B2C Marketing Operations
Bring strong knowledge of B2B marketing workflows lead lifecycle, demand generation, ABM, marketing-sales alignment, and reporting.
Advise clients on streamlining and optimizing their marketing operations.
Experience in B2C marketing operations is highly desirable.
Functional & Technical Expertise
Maintain a consulting skill mix: ~60% functional and ~40% technical (Pardot & Sales Cloud).
Configure and customize Pardot features email campaigns, forms, automation rules, landing pages, dynamic content, and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and their interaction with Pardot.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system-related issues.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and expand consulting services.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Set and manage client expectations to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and share expertise.
Mentor junior consultants and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
Qualifications
Required:
15+years of experience in Salesforce consulting with a strong emphasis on marketing automation.
Proven track record in leading multiple Pardot implementations end-to-end.
In-depth knowledge of Pardot features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing processes; B2C experience is a strong plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convert complex business needs into strategic marketing solutions.
Experience leading client-facing engagements and cross-functional teams.
Salesforce Pardot Consultant Certification or equivalent expertise.
Preferred:
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
