Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for service, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of access control equipment and IP-based video systems. This includes working with electrified and non-electrified locks, card readers, ancillary door devices, IP and analog cameras, head-end video recording devices, wired and wireless systems, and intercom systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled, and demonstrate performance consistent with core values.

Work Environment
This position operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, primarily on customer sites in Beaufort County. Travel to Charleston or Savannah may be required. The main work will be with Beaufort County school systems. This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Beaufort, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Job Description

Essential Skills
- 2-5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting different types of access control systems such as Bosch and AMAG.
- 2-5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting different types of CCTV brands including Milestone, DMP, Avigilon, and Axis.
- Experience with fire alarms and intrusion systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in service, security, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills.
