Work location : Onsite in Houston, TX from day 1
Duration : 12 months contract
Seeking Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Helpdesk Technician at Houston, TX.
1-2 years of experience working for a Japanese company in US is required.
Will perform day-to-day support for PC and mobile-related problems including support for Tokyo executives, executive assistants, and Japanese managers.
Required skill / experience:
Must have Helpdesk support / troubleshooting, ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile devices, printers, monitors, and connectivity issues.
Will provide Executive support, so good communication skill are imperative.
