Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join the Products & Research (P&R) EPM team. This role is critical to overseeing and driving large-scale data science and analytics systems initiatives, including a multi-year Sales & Trends migration program. You will be responsible for cross-functional program ownership, working across engineering, product, data science, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong project/program management experience, ideally in tech or data-heavy environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., how data pipelines work, what metrics represent)
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and prioritize across complex landscapes
- Comfortable working on ambiguous projects with shifting scope and high cross-functional involvement
- Familiarity with data and analytics concepts not just movement of data, but its meaning, transformation, and integrity
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and analytics teams
