Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time/Long Term Contract With potential extension
What this person will Do:
- Track progress across multiple AI-driven initiatives using Jira, Excel, and team updates
- Create and maintain status reports, sprint summaries, and milestone updates for internal and executive stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Monitor and manage backlog items, ensuring Jira stories are well-formed and up to date
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and leadership
- Prepare clear, concise executive summaries and presentation decks to drive alignment and decision-making
- Assist in identifying delivery risks and resource blockers, and maintain RAID logs as needed
What We re Looking For:
- 3 5 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment
- Working knowledge of Jira, Excel, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to distill technical progress into simple, clear updates for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS), or enterprise data systems
- Experience with Confluence, PowerPoint, or project reporting templates
- Interest in growing into a Program Manager or Product Owner role over time
