General Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional for a dual role as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator and Project Coordinator. This is a high-impact contract position requiring strong technical knowledge in CRM systems and demonstrated experience coordinating medium-sized projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our core CRM system, with specific expertise in Oracle Service Cloud. You will play a crucial role in improving business processes, managing CRM development and integrations, and ensuring the efficient planning and execution of various technical projects.

Key Job Responsibilities
CRM Administration
- Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, workspaces, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and user permissions.
- System Development: Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within the Oracle Service Cloud suite.
- Support & Testing: Assist in testing and verification for custom internal code and vendor releases, patches, and add-ons.
- Data Integrity: Manage data integrity, including data imports, migrations, integrations, and ongoing data cleanup efforts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Contact Center and Business Analyst teams to identify and recommend operational improvements and system customizations that are usable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
- Troubleshooting: Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support, including code migration, change control, security, and performance.
Project Coordination
- Resource & Timeline Management: Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple technical and functional teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Scheduling: Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and effective communication.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- CRM Administration Experience (2-3 years): Direct experience in CRM administration (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Project Coordination Experience (1-2 years): Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with CRM administration tools, data management, reporting, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor.
- Web Technologies: Strong proficiency with foundational web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Software Familiarity: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
- General Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Office Tools: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior public sector experience is a plus.
