• The Revenue Process Automation (RPA) team is a vertical under the new Revenue Transformation org, which sits inside the Global Revenue Organization (GRO) led by the Chief Revenue Officer.
• RPA's mission is to drive automation and productivity-enabling processes in partnership with Sales, Client Success, GTM-C/GTMA, and Salesforce/internal tooling teams across GRO.

The team operates with both field-facing and product-facing motions:

• Field-facing efforts (led by leaders aligned to MM and ENT) identify, design, and pilot automation solutions with Sales and CS teams.
• Product-facing efforts (led by a partner focused on tooling governance) coordinate with internal product/tech to mature tools, standards, and governance for automation at scale.

What they do

• Run a unified intake and prioritization process ("single front door") for GRO automation/tooling requests, with an impact-scoring framework and SteerCo cadence to align with executive priorities.
• Identify and deliver high-value automations and AI/agent use cases for Sales and CS; partner with product/tech on end-to-end solutions and governance.
• Accelerate roadmap execution by adding temporary contractor capacity (per recent headcount proposal) to cover technical build, business analysis, and governance continuity.

Focus: Needs to be organized to be able to help with reporting out on progress from the governance process, assist with the Steerco read outs and meetings

Hold submitters accountable for providing project updates, etc

Overview: Manage JIRA tickets, maintain requirements, monitor progress, and ensure workflow execution.
