Job Description:

SAP Cutover Lead

Duration: 12+ month long term contract with intent to extend indefinitely

Location: remote (Mountain Time), but need to be open to traveling onsite for leadership meetings (Loveland, CO)

Apex Systems is working with an agriculture industry client in support of their SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live. The SAP Cutover Lead must have experience in SAP S/4 HANA delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute cutover activities for SAP S/4 HANA delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate 600+ cutover steps, with heavy involvement in the first two and last two days of each 7-day cutover.
  • Engage with multiple bolt-on systems and ensure seamless integration.
  • Communicate effectively with technical offshore components and leadership.
  • Coordinate a team of 30+ people during cutover phases.
  • Utilize expertise in S4, HRC, and Sitetrade.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to communicate well with teammates and execute within the delivery model from day one.
  • Ambitious personality preferred.
  • SME level, hands-on ability within similar environments (S4, HRC, Sitetrade).
