Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong leadership, technical depth, and end-to-end product lifecycle expertise. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage detailed delivery activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative software solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Identify and analyze business needs and opportunities.

Recommend scalable, value-driven solutions aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Utilize BA tools, techniques, and best practices.

Decision Making & Critical Thinking

Perform structured analysis to drive informed, effective decision-making.

Assess risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to ensure product success.

Product Ownership

Lead program initiatives from ideation to production deployment.

Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

Manage install base, existing use cases, and future enhancements.

Oversee the detailed activities of the Emerging Technology SWAT Team.

Drive cross-functional coordination, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Technical Leadership

Work closely with engineering teams on architecture, design, and technical feasibility.

Understand components such as:

Microservices

UX/UI

Infrastructure Security

AI/ML/GenAI models

Support the full software engineering lifecycle from prototype to production.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager in the software domain.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.

Proven experience delivering technical programs in fast-paced environments.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Product / Program Management certifications.
