Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis onsite in Pahrump, Nevada. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to end users, ensuring seamless transitions during a system conversion and desktop refresh. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT expert who excels in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure desktops and laptops using imaging tools like Altiris.

Install, update, and troubleshoot applications in Windows 10 and 11 environments.

Offer technical support for Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.

Assist with system conversion rollouts in a healthcare environment.

Ensure devices are patched and updated consistently to maintain security.

Manage Single Sign-On provisioning and support user access.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve IT issues promptly.

Document incidents, resolutions, and deployment activities for future reference.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, application troubleshooting, and software deployment.
Familiarity with imaging tools like Altiris and patching solutions.
Experience providing support for Microsoft 365 products and basic networking concepts.
Ability to work onsite and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
