Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, conduct experimentation, design analytical solutions, and translate complex data into actionable insights that impact strategy and product direction.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external data sources.
Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for prediction, classification, clustering, and optimization tasks.
Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and analytic approaches.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data quality checks, and scalable data workflows.
Create intuitive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports (e.g., via Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to measure product or feature impact.
Communicate insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies, algorithms, and best practices in data science and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
Experience with SQL and working with relational / cloud databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Experience building and evaluating machine learning models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen
