Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Location:
Ideally San Francisco-based, with 1 day/week onsite
Remote option available for the right candidate (must work PST hours)
6 + Months
$75 - $78/HR
Must-Have Skills:
8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (sweet spot: 8+ years)
Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially out-of-the-box functionalities
Proven ability to optimize Contact Center operations using Salesforce:
Voice Cloud
Intelligent Routing
Agent Scripting
Strong knowledge of Agent Force features:
Salesforce Console / Service Console
Knowledge base integration
Extensive experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud):
B2B or B2C portals
Design, configuration, and deployment in complex scenarios
