RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:
* Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will be responsible for all HR, Payroll, and Absence Data migration Oracle HCM Cloud
* Handle all the Payroll Migrations end to end
* Handle the Element Entries and Element Entry values load
* Develop the reports to extract the Geo codes for Tax Calculation Cards
* Load all the Calculation Cards for Federal, State, County, City, and PSD using HDL and HSDL
* Load the Default Cal cards for before 2019 employee Calculation Cards using HDL
* As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will work on HDL error reports and logs during the mocks
* Work with customers and functional consultants to define data migration strategies that support the overall project objectives, using best practices and thought leadership to set a strategy that is realistic, achievable, and timely and to quality
* Develop the HDL validation report for after-load validation
* Handle calls with business and extract teams to design the solution
* Responsible for Data migration issues during the parallel testing
* Manage the offshore team during the Mocks
* Provide estimates for cutover and go-live plan

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
