Job Details

Requirement:

  • 1 plus year of experiencein IT Support.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across multiple regional office locations to deliver in-person training sessions.
  • Capability to conduct live, remote training sessions via virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Skilled in teaching adult learners and delivering instruction on both in-house developed and commercial software applications.
  • Experience identifying learner needs, designing relevant courses, and creating instructional content for various formats (desktop, web, mobile).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including tasks like scheduling courses, managing enrolments, tracking attendance, and assigning course completions and certifications.
  • Proficient in collecting and evaluating post-training feedback to improve both instructional quality and software usability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal departments, encourage participation in training programs, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to assist in the coordination and facilitation of third-party or vendor-led training sessions.
  • Experience designing and updating training content, including presentations, user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and eLearning modules.
  • Preferred tools and software knowledge include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360/Storyline.
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking work hours, activity logs, and performance metrics, with attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Aligns work with established training team priorities, objectives, and guidance from supervisory staff.
  • Keeps leadership informed of project timelines, scheduling conflicts, travel constraints, and any emerging technical or logistical issues.
  • Acquires and maintains practical knowledge of supported software applications sufficient to deliver clear, effective user training.
  • Plans, schedules, and announces training sessions, ensuring end-users are informed and appropriately enrolled.
  • Prepares training environments and verifies all necessary resources are in place prior to each session.
  • Conducts training through a combination of in-person instruction, remote classes, and online seminars.
  • Builds relationships with both technical teams and business units to promote training programs and respond to evolving user needs.
  • Manages logistics for on-site sessions including room reservations, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
  • Delivers instruction in a professional, engaging, and learner-focused manner, adapting teaching style to different experience levels.
  • Upholds a positive classroom atmosphere, ensuring sessions run smoothly and learning objectives are met.
  • Enters attendance and performance data in the LMS, administers learner surveys, and ensures accurate reporting.
  • Tracks personal work activities, performance indicators, and training delivery metrics.
  • Submits expense and travel reports in compliance with policy and deadlines.
  • Periodically reviews and updates training documentation and supporting materials to keep content relevant.
  • Participates in software implementation projects by supporting end-user training during rollout phases.
  • Maintains flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced, service-oriented technology environment.
