Job Title: Senior Project Manager AI/ML Engineering
Location: WFH US GA Atlanta

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and methodologies, coupled with exceptional project management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to meet project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and AI/ML engineering methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies to inform project strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
  • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI/ML engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex AI/ML projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP) or AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in a leadership role within a technology driven organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
