Description: Remote may be considered for candidates near Wayne, PA
This role involves working closely with the Engagement Lead to manage and improve customer data quality for a specific client business area. The Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- Data Quality Management: Supporting all data quality projects, utilizing available tools to resolve data issues, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
- KPIs & Metrics: Introducing new KPIs, metrics, and data health checks to ensure ongoing data quality.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with the Engagement Lead and Client to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in data ingestion (ETL), business rules, and match rules that impact data quality.
- Root Cause Analysis: Using advanced SQL querying skills to perform root cause analysis of data quality issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating and leading discussions with client stakeholders at various levels to articulate issue resolutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- SQL: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
- Data Quality Tools: Experience with Reltio, Databricks.
- Domain Expertise: Experience with mastering Healthcare Professional and Healthcare organizational data.
- Communication: Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Software: Proficient in Excel.
