We are seeking a senior-level Workday Time Tracking Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization on the East Coast for a critical 4-month engagement addressing multiple high-priority ERP initiatives.
Our healthcare client requires an architect-level Workday HCM specialist with deep expertise in complex payroll configurations, absence tracking, and time tracking systems to lead five mission-critical projects for an under-resourced team. Requirements:
- 5 + years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically in Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
- Architect or senior consultant-level expertise in complex payroll configurations and pay code structures
- Proven experience designing and implementing pay code cascading logic and overtime rule exceptions
- Deep understanding of absence tracking workflows, time-off policies, and accrual configurations
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system logic and configuration issues
- Experience leading multiple concurrent Workday projects from architecture through testing and deployment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
