Description
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Data collection and reporting
Working within QuickBase and ServiceNow for inventory tracking and ticketing
Unboxing IT equipment and disposing of dunnage
Working and coordinating with the imaging team
Deploying hardware based on task lists
Ensuring proper cable management for each installed device
Working with department end users to confirm functionality, verifying everything is correct with department heads
Level 1 IT troubleshooting as needed

Self-starters with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic technical skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately

Work Environment: You will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, interacting with medical staff and other IT professionals. The role involves hands-on work with hardware and network systems, often in a fast-paced setting. There are two main hospitals and 50 Medical Office Buildings (MOBs). The furthest location is only 35 minutes away from where you would be based.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
