Job Details

Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Fully Onsite
Rate: $50/hour W2
 

Job Summary:
The Scrum Master will lead and manage enterprise-wide IT projects within a fast-paced, Agile environment. The role involves coaching teams, ensuring Scrum practices are followed, and coordinating across engineering and business units to deliver high-impact projects on schedule and within scope.
 

Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple complex IT programs and oversee project portfolios
• Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile processes and tools
• Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedules, and milestones
• Develop program strategies, business cases, and high-level project plans
• Adjust project scope, scope, timelines, and budgets based on business needs
• Enact and ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices
• Communicate program strategy and updates to IT and business leadership
• Track milestones, recommend adjustments, and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize IT initiatives
• Coordinate with engineering and deployment teams within project scope

• Experience managing multiple projects in an Agile environment
• Stakeholder management with Director-level engagement
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment
 

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
