Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida (Remote+ Travel)
Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead to support a critical SAP to Oracle Cloud HCM migration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise combined with solid functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and OTL. This role requires close collaboration with business users, system integrators, and technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform hands-on development of data conversions using FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud HCM inbound interfaces.
- Design, develop, and execute HCM data migration strategies as part of a large-scale SAP to Oracle Cloud HCM migration.
- Work closely with HCM functional users and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop HCM Extracts for outbound integrations and third-party vendors.
- Develop and support custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Design, develop, and evaluate Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, and OTL.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support during data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and production cutover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, integrations, payroll processing, and reporting during the migration.
- Support post-migration stabilization and production support activities.
- Collaborate with SAP, Oracle, and integration teams to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall Oracle HCM technical experience, with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or migrations.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- FBDI
- Oracle HCM REST APIs
- HCM Extracts
- OTBI and BI Publisher
- Fast Formulas
- Strong functional knowledge across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- OTL
- Direct experience supporting SAP to Oracle Cloud HCM migrations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise HCM migrations
- Prior onsite client-facing experience
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications
