Role : Junior Node.js Developer
Location : Coppell, TX - Onsite
Duration : Long-term Contract
Job Description :
We are looking for a Junior Node.js Developer with hands-on experience in backend development and testing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit and basic integration testing for Node.js applications.
- Assist in identifying, debugging, and fixing application issues.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development activities.
- Support application deployment and post-release bug fixes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 1 3 years of experience in Node.js development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience working with Express.js.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
Basic experience with testing frameworks such as:
Jest / Mocha / Chai.
