Worker Responsibilities and Skills Must Include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
- Support the implementation of SailPoint Identity Governance and Ping Access Management platforms.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to support IAM initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings between business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
- Assist in the development of training materials, user guides, and change management communications.
- Analyze access data and generate reports to support compliance, audit readiness, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IAM operations.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a creative thinker to solve issues.
Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or cybersecurity environments.
- 7 years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, Okta, or similar tools.
- 7 years of strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and compliance requirements.
- 7 years of proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.
- 7 years skilled in creating and presenting executive-level project communications.
- 7 years skilled in gathering requirements from business divisions.
- 7 years skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes.
- 7 years of strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers and different levels of users including executive staff.
- 7 years skilled in facilitating group meetings with internal and external resources.
- 7 years skilled in collaborating with technical and functional teams to develop the Technical Specification and other documents needed in support of the solution.
- 7 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with one or more State of Texas government agencies.
- 4 years of familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other security frameworks.
- 4 years of certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or IAM-related certifications.
