Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Duration: 3 6+ Months
Location: Remote
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare technology solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical proficiency, experience with system integrations, and the ability to guide a distributed development team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Architect scalable and secure solutions aligned with healthcare industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain complex Apex classes, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and custom objects.
- Ensure data security and HIPAA compliance within the Health Cloud environment.
- Optimize Health Cloud features such as care coordination, patient data management, and provider communication workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Health Cloud and integrated applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integration to external systems in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring Salesforce development teams.
- Deep understanding of Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient management, and clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile with a professional picture.
