What you'll do:
- Supervise and lead Data Analyst I's, Data Analyst II's, and College Interns, providing guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and ensure team success
- Collaborate with the line of business to understand complex problems and develop comprehensive analysis plans leveraging the appropriate data and techniques to address them
- Partner with the line of business to select and monitor KPI's that best measure the success of implemented solutions
- Collect, organize, and integrate data from internal and external sources to perform advanced and complex analyses
- Employ advanced statistical and analytical techniques to derive actionable insights and solve business challenges
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to Product Teams, the line of business, and senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Support the development and enhancement of BI reporting solutions, creating impactful data visualizations to convey insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Stay informed on market and IT trends to continuously optimize and improve analytical techniques, fostering innovation and competitive advantage
- Ensure data integrity by sourcing clean data, identifying anomalies, and performing thorough data validations
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with standard data analysis techniques such as regression, trend lines, forecasting, modeling, and clustering
- Familiar with advanced data analysis techniques such as Hypothesis Testing, Monte Carlo Simulation, Content Analysis and Narrative Analysis
- Proficient in at least one of each of the following: query languages, statistical languages, analysis software, and core data analysis systems
- Familiar with database management systems (DBMS), schema development, and a variety of data types and structured data therein
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Demonstrated experience in effectively presenting data-based insights and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders
- Experience with data from multiple channel sources such as mobile, web, call center, in-person, and market
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
