Title: Senior SAP S4 CSM Scrum Master

Terms: Long Term Contract

Location: Must live in Atlanta, GA and be available for Face to Face interviews

Hybrid -3 days a week in the office

Note : Local to GA only and since this if for Client let's assume a face to face interview is a requirement for the process so we don't have any issues.3 days a week onsite in Midtown GA. We are looking for a Senior SAP S4 CSM Scrum Master who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong SAP S/4HANA project delivery expertise to guide Agile teams through the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Agile principles, and enterprise ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more SAP S/4HANA work streams, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and the SAP Activate framework.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement.
  • Serve as a coach and servant leader to Agile teams working across SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD), or Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Functional Leads, and Technical Teams to ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies across integrated SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Track team performance metrics (velocity, burn down) and generate meaningful reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Release Train Engineers, and PMO for alignment on program objectives, timelines, and reporting.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within SAP teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 3+ years working on SAP S/4HANA or large ERP projects.
  • SAP FI is Financial Accounting and controlling. (FICO)
  • Implementation experience is not necessary but working in an S/4 cloud environment with the Finance functions is required.
  • SAP FI TAX - consists of Direct & Indirect Tax (closely directly/indirectly tied to all modules, MM, HCM, Payroll, AP, AR, CO, GL, EHS, EAM, etc.)
  • SAP PI / PO - process integration and Orchestration; mainly to integrate.
  • Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (Safe, PSM).
  • Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Safe) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, or hybrid deployments.
  • Safe Scrum Master (SSM) or Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
  • Prior experience in change management or business transformation roles.
