The Opportunity
As part of the TIDE (Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience) team you will lead a team of problem solvers dedicated to addressing business challenges and enhancing client service delivery. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach your team, maintaining quality deliverables while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex project landscapes. This role offers the chance to drive innovation and operational effectiveness while working with globally based counterparts and participating in knowledge transfer sessions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client services and solutions
- Participate in knowledge transfer initiatives to promote continuous learning
- Manage project timelines and uphold adherence to quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement impactful strategies
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in DevOps and a solid foundation in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting techniques
What Sets You Apart
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Demonstrating proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Creating infrastructure-as-code resources in BICEP
- Developing CI/CD pipelines with advanced deployment stages
- Implementing monitoring and observability tooling
- Utilizing Azure DevOps and Git version control
- Writing and debugging scripts in Bash and Python
- Exhibiting experience with Microsoft Azure
- Understanding site reliability engineering practices

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
