Location: / Rockford - Illinois Onsite
Role/Responsibilities
- Migration Focus: Transitioning existing PLC programs from e!COCKPIT v18.1 to v22.
- Platform: Wago PLCs using Codesys software.
- Hardware: No changes to existing PLC hardware unless malfunction occurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the current PLC program logic.
- Migrate and validate the program in the updated e!COCKPIT environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including Modbus communication with 5 VFDs and 60 digital I/Os.
- Collaborate with the customer and vendor (Wago) for technical support.
- Document the migration process and provide support for SOW preparation.
Preferred Skills
- 8+years of hands-on experience with Wago PLCs and Codesys.
- Familiarity with Modbus communication protocols.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and legacy PLC logic.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 92000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $ 135000 per year

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
