Location: 100% REMOTE
Type: Full-Time | No Sponsorship | Senior Level
Salary Range: Competitive - Typically between $125,000 - $155,000, depending on where you live. PLUS automatic 13% BONUS plus 20% PROFIT SHARING!

5-10+ years in telephony/contact center engineering.
Architect and optimize Amazon Connect & Salesforce Service Cloud Voice platforms. **MUST HAVE both Salesforce Service Cloud & Amazon Connect
3+ years hands-on with Amazon Connect.
2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
MUST HAVE = AWS services: Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
Telephony fundamentals (SIP, RTP, QoS).
Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and security best practices.
Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce Professional.
CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant).
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps).
Exposure to other CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Five9, Twilio).
Real-time analytics tools (Athena, QuickSight, Snowflake).

Architect and optimize Amazon Connect & Salesforce Service Cloud Voice platforms. **MUST HAVE both Salesforce Service Cloud & Amazon
Build and maintain contact flows, Lex bots, call routing, and analytics using AWS services.
MUST HAVE: Develop Lambda functions (Node.js/Python) to enhance voice capabilities & integrations.
Deliver dashboards & reporting tools for contact center performance metrics.
Partner with network/security teams to ensure QoS and secure IAM configurations.
