Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, specifically focused on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional expertise, with proven experience in configuring and customizing OTL modules, developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, and driving end-to-end testing processes. Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules in Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to time entry, approvals, accruals, and reporting. Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas (e.g., for OTL rules, absence management, accrual calculations). Create test plans, test cases, and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing for OTL functionality and Fast Formulas. Support data migration, validation, and interface development between OTL and other modules (e.g., Payroll, Absence, Projects). Participate in solution design sessions and provide expert-level guidance on OTL capabilities and best practices. Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues related to OTL and Fast Formulas. Work closely with developers to design custom reports, dashboards, and extensions (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher). Document technical designs, functional specs, test results, and user guides as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle OTL. Strong proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas (must have experience with development and debugging). Solid understanding of OTL timecard rules, time entry layouts, approval workflows, and integrations with Payroll. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS R12. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing including unit, system, and UAT. Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL for reporting and data analysis. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud HCM or OTL certification. Experience with Oracle Absence Management, Payroll, and Projects integrations. Prior experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
