Job Details

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in Amazon Connect, AWS Marketplace POD-based solutions, and Assisted Channels to design and build scalable, secure, and compliant customer interaction platforms for banking applications. The role involves developing conversational experiences using Amazon Lex, integrating backend services, and building modern web applications using Java, Python, and React.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Amazon Connect contact center solutions for banking customers.
Implement Assisted Channels (voice, chat, callbacks) using Amazon Connect.
Integrate Amazon Lex for conversational AI capabilities (IVR, chatbots, self-service).
Develop backend services using Java and Python for customer workflows and business logic.
Build and maintain React-based web interfaces for agent and customer-facing applications.
Configure and manage AWS Marketplace PODs for Amazon Connect deployments.
Integrate Amazon Connect with core banking systems, CRM, and third-party services.
Ensure solutions comply with banking security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS native tools.
Collaborate with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and follow secure coding best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
Experience integrating Amazon Lex with Amazon Connect.
Proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
Strong experience with React for UI development.
Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
Experience deploying solutions via AWS Marketplace.
Understanding of banking workflows, IVR flows, and customer service processes.
Strong understanding of security, encryption, and compliance in BFSI environments.
