Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sierra AI Developer with practical experience building, integrating, and enhancing solutions on the Sierra AI platform. The ideal candidate will have worked on real-world implementations involving conversational AI, CRM integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance applications using the Sierra AI platform
Build and customize conversational AI workflows, bots, and virtual agents
Integrate Sierra AI with enterprise systems such as CRM, contact center, and backend applications
Work with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines for real-time integrations
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams
Support testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting
Participate in solution design and performance optimization
Document technical designs and implementation artifacts
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sierra AI platform
Strong understanding of Conversational AI concepts (NLU, intents, entities, dialog management)
Experience with:
API integrations (REST/JSON)
Webhooks and event-driven architectures
Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, global setup
Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Experience with Contact Center / CaaS platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9)
Knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI integrations
Experience in multi-tenant or enterprise-scale deployments
Prior client-facing or consulting experience
