  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
        • Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Asset Management and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
        • Design and execute multi-org integration strategies, ensuring smooth reconnection or separation of Salesforce systems during migration activities.
        • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
        • Define and maintain architectural standards, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
        • Configure and customize Salesforce (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports) to support business operations in financial services.
        • Provide architectural leadership, mentoring development teams and ensuring technical excellence throughout delivery.
        • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks to uphold solution integrity and performance standards.
        • Deliver knowledge transfer (KT) and detailed technical documentation to ensure business continuity post-engagement.

        Required Skills & Experience

        • 10+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience, including multi-org environments.
        • Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot.
        • Strong background in data integration, enterprise system connectivity, and CRM optimization.
        • Proven experience driving post-merger or post-transaction Salesforce integrations.
        • Deep understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and best practices.
        • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
        • Ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage delivery in an Agile or hybrid environment.
