P21 IT Technician

**Position Overview:**

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our team members and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining our systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. Experience with P21 (Prophet 21) and Microsoft 365 is a must for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support to employees and clients

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

- Maintain and update systems and networks

- Ensure the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure

- Collaborate with team members to implement new technology solutions

**Qualifications:**

- Experience with P21 (Prophet 21) is required

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel as needed
